And now for Day 2 of a Fit Christmas, where I have a real treat for you! It's no secret I love to have fun while I run. I dress in costume. I wear funky socks. I wave like crazy and talk to spectators. And I LOVE to wear skirts when I run, especially if they S*P*A*R*K*L*E!!

I ran 3.04 miles in 27 minutes this morning. Felt good! Any chafing in the skirts? I've never worn one.
ReplyDeleteI so wanted to run this morning, but I didn't think getting up at 5 and working 16 hrs today (until 2 am) would mix well, so I just did pushups, situps, planks and squats.

Did 2.5 miles on the treadmill this morning, watching the news and Good Morning America. I was going to be happy with just keeping the mill moving for 30 minutes but I ended up pushing through and busting out 2 intervals of PRE 6-7-8-9!

ReplyDeleteFridays are REST days in my training plan and it was VERY DIFFICULT NOT TO RUN! However, I did do abs, pushups, and stretching as I'm trying to loosen up my hammys. I did make great food choices today when faced with temptations! That's FIT!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI ran 5.5 miles to stay fit today. I included lots of F/Vs to make my plate bright and colorful to stay fit. I took a little time for just hubby and I to stay fit. I took time to pray to stay fit. I think today I've got all my bases covered! Hope tomorrow is just as successful!
