Monday brought a lot of fitness in Day 5. What a way to start the week! The random winner of a motivational sweat towel from Inperspire is... Twitter's @tonee78 who ran 2 miles yesterday. Toni, please email me at runwithjess@comcast.net to claim your prize.

If you see me out running, chances are I have a BondiBand wrapped around my head. Their headbands are comfortable, moisture-wicking and they don't slip off my head. Available in hundreds of designs, colors and sayings, the headbands are also stylish!
My BondiBand collection... Yes, I'm addicted!
At 4" wide, the headband can be scrunched up, folded over or spread out to cover your forehead and whispy hairs. This time of year I like that they give my ears a little protection from the cool winds, but yet not the full out warmth of winter hats.
They also make a great base underneath my headlamp
so I don't have funky impressions on my forehead.
Recently, I had the chance to try out one of BondiBand's running hats. The same dry-tech coolmax fabric as the heavy wicking headbands, these hats are comfortable covering your full head and ears. As I make the transition into winter weather, this baby will be perfect in temps under 30 degrees.
The hats come in a variety of styles... regular, ponytail hole and even one for pigtails!
Just like the headbands, BondiBand hats come in a large variety of colors with the choice to have a printed design on the front or just plain. Throughout the year, be sure to check back because they always offer something fun before each holiday...
Christmas hat on sale now for only $15 here |

BondiBand is also offering a special on their headbands for my readers...

1. BLOG
Comment below on this blogpost: Answer me this... "How did you stay FIT today?" Simple answers such as "I ran 3 miles" will suffice, or you can brag it up and give me a detailed summary. One entry per person per day.
2. TWITTER
Tweet, tweet, tweet! Tweet something like this... "I biked 40 min to a #FitXmas to win a @BondiBand running hat @RUNwJESS" Of course, you should replace the underlined part with what you actually did. Key is to include the hashtags #FitXmas, @RUNwJESS and @BondiBand. No need to come back and tell me about it... I'll see it on Twitter if you tag me appropriately. One entry per person per day.
3. FACEBOOK
Comment on today's Facebook post that asks, "How did you stay FIT today?" Again, no need to come back and tell me about it... I'll see it on the Run with Jess FB page. One entry per person per day.
No matter which social medium is your forte,
you can play the 12 Days of a Fit Christmas!!
If you do all three, you'll earn 3 entries into today's drawing.
Day 6 closes for new entries at 12:00 midnight CST. Winner will be announced on Dec. 7.
